Sessions & attendance
Link activities to a participant, set a recurring schedule or a one-off session, and use clear statuses.
Participants and activities
Create one or more participants with a first name and colour, then link each activity to a participant.
Each activity has a title, an optional location, and a duration. You can use a recurring schedule with weekdays and times across a season start and end, or run a one-off session on a single date and time with per-session billing.
Session statuses
Sessions are generated from the schedule, and you can add more by hand. Statuses include Upcoming, Present, Absent, and Cancelled.
Cancelled is not the same as Delete. Cancelled means a planned session did not happen, for example because of weather. It stays in the list but is left out of totals. Delete means it was entered by mistake or the person does not attend that session at all, so it is fully removed. You can also change a session’s time.
What this is not
This is not a shared family calendar in the cloud with multiple accounts. Your data stays on your device.

Billing modes
Per session: a unit price for each session.
Prepaid package: a package total, with the session count derived from the schedule.
Installments: a total split into a set number of payments.
Monthly: a fixed amount for each month in the season.
Balances and metrics
You can see Committed, Paid, and Due, where Due is committed minus payments you have marked as received. Payments can have a planned due date, but you check them off only when the money actually arrives. The date is just a reminder.
Planned per session equals committed divided by active sessions, excluding cancelled ones. Net per attendance equals committed divided by present sessions. Absence cost equals the planned session cost times the number of absences. Hours practiced are based on present sessions times duration.
Local data
There is no PerchView account. Data stays on the device with SwiftData. PerchView does not run a backend for your sessions.

Local reminders
Free includes a reminder about 1 hour before the session.
Premium adds a reminder the day before as well as 1 hour before.
Reminders need notification permission on iOS.
Apple Calendar export
You can optionally export sessions to Apple Calendar if you grant permission. This is also included with Free.
Google Calendar and Outlook sync are not part of v1.
